A long time ago, when the hubster and I were just newly moved in together, we got this wee little puppy. She was tiny, even for a boston terrier. apparently, I had an adverse reaction - not to be confused with a true allergic reaction - to the prednezone they gave me for the acute allergic reaction I had on monday. so - looks like I'm headed back to the er again. Rash and swelling came back. Probably won't be onlien this weekend much at all. I'm really done with this nonsense. it sucks. What I'd really like to know is why the heck can't I have severe reactions to crap during normal business hours???

The last few days have been miserable - I had an acute allergic reaction to something currently unidentified. I had splotchy skin, swollen everything and a nasty case of the itchies. And I'm just in a foul mood. Apparently its going around too. Everything is just slipping through the cracks - my desktop went fuzzba and there are some things now missing that irritate me to no end. I just can't seem to get my footing.

Was a total loss. I don't think I wrote three words yesterday. Just one of those days I guess. I just can't write anything decent with a belly full of mad. Tired but home. Crazyhorse will be home soon - I took the night shift at the hospital last night. Kid didn't sleep well at all - but then, he had someone waking him up every three hours to do a breathing treatment too. When he comes home, he'll have a nebulizer, several meds, and a better antibiotic. I'm thinking there's probably no school again ( Read more... )

Well, the albutirol wasn't working very well so the doctor decided to admit him this morning. Hubster took him and we'll probably do shifts. Hopefully they'll find something that works for him and send him home tomorrow with a nebulizer or something. I don't care what so long as it works and I can get my baby better.

This totally sucks.

There is nothing on earth worse than telling an 8 year old boy that he can't go trick or treating. Too cold and too much coughing still. I know it's for the best but jeesh! how scummy do I feel right now.

Stupid town I live in has T-or-T tonight so as not to conflict with football.
