Two weeks to Christmas and don't I know it
Never work at the head office of a major retailer in the lead up to Christmas. It's insane! Yarg!
If only I had Ace's baseball bat and a Dalek or two to beat up *sigh*
Am taking more chocolate to work tomorrow because I ran out today. *That's* how bad it is. I am looking forward to Christmas for all the wrong reasons...
Although there was a brief laughter moment when I spotted that a store had mucked up their ordering system so badly (due to Christmas panic, I'm sure) that they were forecasting sales and orders on party food that would have kept the entire company well stocked for days. Heh. Methinks someone is getting yelled at and sent on training courses for that one.
The party food won't actually arrive because we managed to stop most of it happening. Shame, really, because a truck-load of Chinese starters is exactly what I'm in the mood for right now...
