The flights both ways were a bit harrowing, but the trip was wonderful in general, and being home is now wonderful.

It was awesome, both as a trip and for an NJCL Convention.

I am now quite dead, so I will post more later. But yayness.

I have returned from the Rusticatio - I will post all about it when I have recovered somewhat more. It was AWESOME.

I am not going to write too much now, because I am still switching back and forth between Latin and English.

On Monday morning I will be heading out into the middle of nowhere in West Virginia for a Latin immersion workshop. I will be reachable by cell phone in case of absolute dire emergency, but please don't use it unless it really is dire, since I don't want to speak any English during the week ( Read more... )

Balticon prep started early, with angstnokami coming down to visit early, so we could get some rehearsal time in. We managed to get prepared enough to perform in less formal situations like filk circles, though given our long-distance coordination, there was no way we could have prepared a concert.
