On Friday, MyJeff had the day off in partial exchange for having worked the previous weekend. I took Friday off, as well. We used the shared business day off to have a two-on-two meeting with our new financial advisors. We'll be meeting again in another week or so--after we do a bit of "homework" to bring them more data and consider information ( Read more... )

Yesterday, MyJeff and I were the guests of C & K on their boat, cruising a short jaunt down the Mississippi to her meeting with the Saint Croix river and up the St. Croix to a bit past Kinnickinnic State Park. CRT (Cardio Rehab Therapy) went pretty well yesterday morning. However, despite being allowed to drop the incline to 0 and slow the pace by 0.2 mph, my legs were sorely tired by the end of my 34 minute treadmill workout. Saturday we met our friend Sally for an inexpensive lunch at a deli-grocery in Lakeland, MN, a small town that stretches down along the western bank of the St. Croix River.
