CRT (Cardio Rehab Therapy) went pretty well yesterday morning. However, despite being allowed to drop the incline to 0 and slow the pace by 0.2 mph, my legs were sorely tired by the end of my 34 minute treadmill workout. It looks like this Saturday will be clear and cold in the early morning. Good viewing for the Penta-Planetary Parade around 6 a.m. to see the line of Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Venus, and Mercury. Tried fingerless gloves for ease in manipulating the little buttons on the camera; but quickly switched to full-finger, thin, knit gloves. All the while keeping my hands in my pockets as much as possible.
