Somewhat after my last, slightly depressing post I went to bed - early night with all this tough skiing.

I'm so tired. Really, the effort to walk up some stairs is huge... and yet, I want to ski more and more and more. The challenge, it's addictive in a... it's so horrible why bother doing it and yet at the end of the day it's so wonderful... challenging your body, mind and whatever else... there is nothing quite like off piste skiing with Yves & co.

I so want to watch Pride & Prejudice again. It makes me feel hopeful... that love, and someone decent, interesting and dreamy, but in a twisted way is actually possible.

Well, I'm here in Verbier. It's lovely being here, bumping into people I know, seeing friends who I haven't seen for a year, coming back to places I love and have been to so much. Getting ready for skiing etc.
