The store who perpetrated the gaff of emailing me a password in plain text, and who I still bought a 32" monitor off, have now emailed me to say their online store buggered up and the monitor I ordered isn't in stock after all. I have just registered to use a particular online shop (so as to buy the huge tft screen that will form the basis of our new entertainment system). O2 billed my again this month. I'm losing patience. I've just sent a very snotty email to them, and if they don't reply I guess I'll have to take legal advice. This is such a pain.

Several emails have ensued to o2. I've had several attempted phone calls (from (presumably) them to me), all disconnected shortly after connection. There's clearly an issue with their phone system. Also, telewest are now taking their turn to piss me off. I've had to make three repair call outs this summer, two of them this week. And the problem ( Read more... )
