I will eventually provide a proper entry to bring everyone up to date with my life, but this is one to slag off o2, who I am not even a customer of any more. Whether or not the bill they took from my bank account this month was right is neither here nor there really, but I do not expect to be kept holding for over 40 minutes only to be cut off as soon as I get through to a customer service advisor. It's a shame, because I got good service from the first person I spoke to. I have sent them a very snotty email and asked them to ring me immediately. I suspect they won't, in which case I'll have to rethink my plans...
