So vampires brought me out of writing retirement. No one is more surprised than I am.

Still hammering out the new schedule and all its many nuances. Trying to juggle old and new. Figured out what we are going to do with Monkey daycare-wise, so that's a relief. Well, I never did get a picture of that beautiful, red, Japanese maple. The weather yesterday was crap and now the wind has picked up enough that most of the trees are pretty naked. Been trying to make reasonable lists of things to do so that I'm getting things done instead of just looking at what I haven't done. Last night was pretty easy. Change sheets, start laundry, stuff like that. The other thing I've decided to try to do is a 20 minute brain dump every night in the hopes it will do away with this writer's block lite.
