I switched shifts with a co-worker who had a doctor's appointment (she worked for me on Sunday, I work for her this Saturday), and as a result, I had the entire weekend to relax. Funny story: On Tuesday night, I cooked up some pasta and veggies in my little electric skillet for dinner, so yesterday, it was Rebecca's turn to take care of food.
