SWMBO whipped up a chicken parmigiana last night that was the equal (if not superior) to the staple pub chicken parmigiana that most pubs in .AU would kill for.

tenderized chicken breast, olive oil, breadcrumbs, italian seasoning, a little frying, into the oven for 15 mins @ 350degF with the cheese and tomato sauce, and DELICIOUS.

SWMBO so rules.

Gentle reader, I am in a quandary on how to address the fine meal we had last night. It was tasty and delicious and good for you, the only drawback is the nomenclature.
