On exercise

Only did 30 mins on the recumbent this morning, but average a respectable 17 mi/hr. Somewhat better than I did on the real bike, but my recumbent has no hills on it :-)

Made it to my 8am meeting w/my director, he got what he wanted and I got tea. Irish Breakfast for anyone keeping track at home.

Got caught up on email pretty quickly for the holiday weekend, and then set about getting my Sun Blade's Solaris upgraded, the LiveUpgrade environment set, and prepared the zone installs. Then got sidetracked onto VirtualBox+Solaris/x86 and some green IT stuff.

Just finished my lunch: spring mix salad w/ cubed carribean jerk chicken that I grilled last night, and a Pink Lady apple. I'm going to have to seriously watch my sodium intake and also that I'm eating enough. Thinking back to yesterday, I'm pretty sure I bonked because I wasn't eating enough after the 1400 calories I burned off riding on Sunday.
