Late last week, there must have been a blight of cereal. Two seperate grocery store chains in Urbana, Illinois, had sales on cereal that were tough to beat. So...I stocked up on the boxed goodness. Maybe, just maybe, I went a bit overboard. Hey, cereal is pretty expensive by itself. I am always up for a bargain.

Today I have checked my old email address for the last time. Yesterday I spent several hours cleaning out my old email address. When I created the account, I used to have this weird fascination with exotic animals. So, the accounted used to be called "evil_owl". The holiday weekend was fairly ok for me. It started when I woke up--at 5am for no apparent reason--and I just layed there until 7am. I finally got out of bed and cleaned the kitchen for 2 hours. I finally remembered to take the pictures of the eggplant parmasian I recently discovered how to make. It came out better this time than it did the first time I made it those few weeks ago.
