New Years Resolutions:

- Save more money/pay more toward my car
- Read more books - my book 2011 reading list was sad, indeed (though, I've caught up on a lot of comics). Hopefully I'll get back on track with 2012
- Join a choir - I'm set to audition at the end of the month for one. Wish me luck :D

I was doing soooo well this year. Averaging a book a week and well on my way to beating last year's count with ease. Then April and, for some reason, I'm having trouble getting into a book.

The other day, the question of where I got my geekiness from popped into my head. Neither of my parents are particularly geeky, but I think that was more because they didn't have proper exposure to geeky things when they were younger and, now that they're older, are a bit set in their likes and dislikes. It's New Year's Eve and I'm celebrating by watching The Seven Deadly Sins on The History Channel and eating a sugary, gluten-filled pumpkin empanada (and drinking some green tea w/rose leaves to hopefully counter the gluten). Hope everybody else is having more fun.
