Yesterday went very well for me. I woke up with no hunger pains and lost 3lbs = 357 lbs. I had the remainder of my mean green supply and some herbal iced tea with freshly juiced blueberries in between. Well, I got my juicer yesterday and today Kel and I went to the market to get some fruits and veggies for the next few days. We have agreed that I will start my fast first. Making A Change
We have finally moved into our new house and things are coming along quite nicely. Well, I want to make some more big moves. I recently saw a documentary entitled: Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead by Joe Cross, which details his 60 juice fast and road trip to better health. It has inspired me to try it out. It has definitely been quite some time since I've gotten my blogging on- sorry about that! I'm prone to bouts of silence due to the insanity that is life. We moved out of our apartment and are currently staying with a friend until we close on our awesome first house. I can't wait! Sansie: the Gnome Mage
I rolled a gnome mage today and I named her Sansie. She awoke to another day beneath the surface, within the confines of Gnomeregon. But today, she was met by a member of S.A.F.E, a group of gnomes that have retaken some of the city from the evil Thermaplugg.
