When all kinds of shops / retail chains / food joints call you / text you up to wish you on your anniversary :)

Just what do you do when you hear all around you about folks who decide to shun basic human values ? Do you start believing that you are a relic from an age that is long gone ?

If I did not have anything to say, I guess I shouldn't be saying anything after watching Letters from Iwo Jima. Ken Watanabe is a superb actor and I wish I can watch more of his movies.

runab has gone home. There's nothing much to do around the house. So, when I found an old favorite - had a nice time watching it. And since I have been reading up a bit (again !) on WWII, watched Battle of Britain. This one was an aftermath of reading up "Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few."

I "plodded", and I mean plodded, through Until I Find You. Utterly pseudo noir. It takes a more than required long time to come to the point by which you seem to be reading faster and faster to get to the point.

The story isn't really trivial, but the execution sucks.
