Wow. I brought some baked brie to my inlaws' house for a party. The family will always eat cheese, but this particular concoction got rave reviews from EVERY single adult at the party. It was rather gratifying, though I had a twinge of guilt over how ridiculously easy the recipe was to make.

I wanted popcorn, but that ain't happening. I took oil, salt, cayenne and some lime juice and put it in the pan.  Heated until bubbly, put in puffed millet cereal and fried until crispy and golden.  It's not bad!

I want a Chocolixir!!!

I'm thinking of making some shortbread and drizzling it with melted dark chocolate for the trip to NH.  However, since I'm off dairy, I'm going to use organic good for you unrefined coconut oil instead.  I haven't decided yet whether to use a standard shortbread recipe with cold oil or the following recipe with melted oil.  What do you guys think?
