a very late lunch

Making a potentially good pizza, though potentially gross... the crust looked odd after I parbaked the dough. Anyway, I was too hungry to start over, so I gambled.

Sauce has milk, butter, flour and cheese (brie and some grated cheese, maybe romano?) with sea salt, cracked black pepper and roasted garlic flakes

After that thickened and stopped tasting floury, I added in wilted baby spinach and shredded leftover chicken breast.

Spread the chicken and spinach cheese sauce over the parcooked crust, topped with mozzerella and threw in to bake.

Edit: the crust is a bit underdone, because I was impatient. Oh, well. At least it's cooked enough to be edible, and maybe the leftovers will more thoroughly cooked, though then the cheese will be overdone. I tried to grab a photo of the homely looking thing ;) but all I had was my cell phone.
