I did not go to Northfield on Friday night. I was go-ed out for the week. I went to the Y and swam. That felt good, and home by 10.

I went to my community farm today. It's almost a 2 hour drive, and my brilliant idea to make stew in the crock pot would have worked better if I'd have arrived 45 minutes earlier, than I did. My life has taken on an "on-off" character. I was going to say rhythm, but only straight-ahead jazz could accomplish a rhythm like this.
