What highlighted that the car must be parked in the garage, was the trip I took to the Y to retrieve my license. The plastic which was standing in for two of the windows flapped loudly, especially when I drove over 25 mph. I will also sleep a bit better since it's in the garage ( Read more... )

There was an Irish Fair at Harriet Island this last weekend. I managed to be there more than usual, and feel obligated to be at a number of classes and ceilis. I helped MB in her mission to hydrate all the volunteers, by giving them water coolers. Still, I am not an official volunteer. I left my car sit for a day. It developed a spider web. That spider was quite persevering, when the car started moving again. I think the web survive until I went on the freeway; and I think the spider hid behind the side view mirror until the car came to rest again ( Read more... )
