Kari, Ray, Cullen and Billie are all trying out the Da Vinci sleep cycle where you are awake 4 hours and then sleep for a half hour instead of sleeping a full night. I just booked my ticket to Hawaii for winter break. I am going right after Vipassana. Vipassana gets out the 14th and I leave the morning of the 16th. That may be really intense, I hope I can handle that. I had an interesting experience this morning. I got hypnotised by a professional hypnotherapist. The guy is a friend of mine, the tall, blonde, beautiful Christopher O'Dell. I'm in Seattle. At the last minute I decided to come to folklife with David and Kari. I had a really fantastic time. It took us awhile to get here, we didn't leave until 3 and then went to mercer Island so David could give something to a friend and close his bank account there (except we never went to the bank...) I seem to be getting more sick instead of less sick. So much for my natural ability to heal myself. I had what seemed like a very typical cold and it is becoming more and more flu like.
