So I got into the Vipassana course. Guess I'm doing that shit again June 10th. So soon.

I haven't written about Vipassana since I got back from it (and this likely wont be when I do that). I pounded out a good 45 minute meditation today on my own. I haven't been meditating much since the course. I was doing alright before I left for Hawaii, but that just kind of made everything difficult and confusing. I just booked my ticket to Hawaii for winter break. I am going right after Vipassana. Vipassana gets out the 14th and I leave the morning of the 16th. That may be really intense, I hope I can handle that. Ok... I signed up for Vipassana. I'm going on december 3rd... it is really happening. Oh man.

So many people in my house are interested in doing it, and the ones who already have are interested in doing it again.

I need to do Vipassana. I think I am going to do a retreat during the beginning of winter break. I'm not confident that it would be easy for me, in fact I know it won't, but I think I very clearly see the need for it right now, and how much I can benefit.
