I love my new mattress. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. I need the low-rise box spring because really climbing into bed is getting old, not to mention difficult. I can’t mostly roll into bed, I have to lift myself up. It probably counts as exercise but Friday night when I had to get up to pee every hour, it was just a pain. This has been an overall productive weekend with a few dips into misery. Although Friday was a good day, I had had lower back pain all day. It was sore to the touch and I assumed that was post-workout pain. I was wrong. I went to bed around 10-ish and I couldn't get comfortable. I blamed that on my mattress.
