This past weekend was SF Pride. My weekend actually started before Pride with my company's annual picnic. Not much to say about that. I finally went to see March of the Penguins. Liked it a lot. It wasn't contrived or self-serving or sentimental like some "documentaries" can be. There were a couple "cute" shots and a couple "sad" shots. But, for the most part, it was true documentary film-making... in the Antarctic... for an entire year. I was thoroughly impressed.
