I'm so tired!  Jeremy, Matt and I were at SPOS (St Pauls Onslow Square) for hours getting the sounds equipment up and ready for a rehearsal this afternoon.  lots of lifting and carrying.  My knees and ankles killed!  Thank the lord for painkillers, not the good drugs really, but they'll do for now.  SPOS is our second church, which was closed for ( Read more... )
