On Friday, I met my dad and brother downtown so that we could take in some of the holiday sights. After having a very nice lunch at Harvey’s, we went out in search of some holiday cheer (e.g. cool Christmasy type stuff). ( It gets better. There are fewer words and more pics. )

Last Sunday, I decided to go on a free walk that was being held by the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. As part of the subway was closed (and I refuse to use a shuttle bus unless I absolutely have to), I walked part of the way to the cemetery. Last weekend, I stayed with my parents. On Sunday, I visited the Guild Park and Gardens with my mom, sister and brother. The weather was beautiful, and I took a lot of pictures. ( When don’t you take a lot of pictures? )

There was a lot to see this year at the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition). In addition to the annual cat show and sand sculptures, there were giant gnomes and an incredible indoor lantern exhibit. As usual, my mom and I had a good day at the EX. ( Let’s go to the EX! Click here for pretty pics! )
