Sorry, Cat Stevens fans, but spending twenty minutes on hold to Canada over an important rail car makes Cat Stevens even more annoying than I already thought he was.  Bleck.  At least other rail lines have just advertising hold music, or that little beep or message to remind that you're still on hold in case you somehow forgot.  Occasionally, ( Read more... )
