Haven't eaten a thing since lunch on Thursday. Flu? Food poisoning? Don't know what's wrong with me. Chest and sinuses are clear. i was racked with terrible fever Thursday night and Friday. A dozen trips to the toilet finished off with dry heaves Friday night. Only one trip this morning but have held steady since then. Fever left me disgustingly ( Read more... )

After leaving work "early" at 5:30pm last Wednesday all i did was work with the Smooch on two separate catering events. First was dropped off that night. While the other was worked on till 2am. Wife and i are still trying to get over our nagging coughs. This upper respitory virus was pretty nasty. There were times at night where i jumped out of bed and was struggling to breath because my throat was so congested. Taking the maximum amount of Mucinex only went so far. Time is just flying by like there's not enough hours in the day. i am sleep deprived. The Smooch and i have both been suffering from a cold or virus the past two weeks: nausea, stomach problems, headaches, and body pains. It comes and goes which is really weird. Bought the dog some treats and new a bed. Browsing the store i found dog food sausage. It was labeled as a more convenient, healthful, and economical way to feed your dog. i bought it to give it a try. My dog likes it. i also bought two boxes of Iams large dog bones. On the way home yesterday my friend's car died just as we got on the freeway. It was 5:30pm, dark and cold with the potential for rain. It was raining outside! For a whopping 10 minutes. Maybe we'll ge some more. It's windy out and it looks cold.

i'm taking it easy. Meaning i'm not doing anything. i do feel better but i still have a headache, slight runny nose, and a cough.
