► Yesterday afternoon I fed Stormy one of his canned cat food dinners, salmon. For two hours afterward I was craving salmon patties (patties made from mashed potatoes, canned salmon, chopped onions and presumably other ingrediants, fried).

► I'm feeling a lot better right now than I did this morning or last night. A hell of a lot better. My pulse isn't racing anymore, and most of my tension headache is gone.
