I think I can say with certainty that this is true this time: John Simm really is coming back as the Master for the Dr Who Christmas special!!!This was confirmed by this week's TV Times, of all publications, and that's good enough for me. This link is telling me something I've been wanting to hear for a long time - John Simm is returning to Dr Who as the Master (for David Tennant's finale, which will be at Christmas though they don't mention that). Oh, and they also say that Rose Tyler, Martha Jones and Donna Noble will be appearing in it as well.
