The first week of September, my brothers and sisters and I cleaned out Mom's house. Mom was insane. She was a hoarder. Growing up during the depression will do that to a person. I will be in the Orlando area (Saint Cloud/Narcoossee) next week (approx Sept 6-13).

Most of my time will be spent taking care of my mother, but I may have some time to visit with folks.

She passed away around 2:15 am.

My boyfriend's back!

Phil's mom came home from the rehab center on Thursday. Yay! So he has come home for a few days. Double Yay!!

One of my nephews is a sound engineer (or something like that) who has worked concerts for several big-name (and not so famous) bands.
He sent out an email to the family tonight announcing that he and his wife are officially expecting their first baby, due in November. He then says, as if it's not big deal (and really isn't to him):

We went to bed late christmas eve. Woke up around noon on the 25th. Phil still had to finish wrapping gifts. I read LJ for a while, then realised I needed to take a shower in order to hit phil's deadline of leaving here at 3:00. Well, late Wednesday night, Phil decided we were going to Tuscaloosa on Thursday. We got up thursday morning, called our bosses to let them know we were leaving.
