I just relived a bit of my childhood christmases. I watched the 1969 animated A Christmas Carol on YouTube. In the 1970s, this was shown every year in the afternoon/early evening a couple times before Christmas. And wow, did they take liberties with the story. Yes, I'm a pagan, and I like Christmas music. It is some of the most joyful music out there.

And who can resist brass quintets or choirs singing in full harmony?

I have a full range from medieval through fairly modern.

X-mess eve dayMy knee was still acting up when I woke up. While in the kitchen, putting things away before going to bed, something in my knee decided to make it very painful to walk. We went to bed late christmas eve. Woke up around noon on the 25th. Phil still had to finish wrapping gifts.
