I'm always finding new ways to disgust myself.
Two large shakes from McDonald's in one day is a horrible, horrible idea. The second one (which I just had) took half an hour to finish. I was on the phone most of that time too, but still. I don't think it could have taken any less time if it were all I was doing. Disgusting.
