FIRST POST
So I've reworked 1just.in. It's all running off my own server now and it's running WordPress. All my posts will still sync to LJ, though. A few things aren't working up to snuff yet, but EVENTUALLY I should be able to get things going right. Mainly the problem is I can't get pretty permalinks. I went to the support forums and there's a bunch of threads complaining about the same thing and nobody has answers. Well, people have answers, but they're like "oh it just started to work I don't know what I did". Great. Thanks. >_<
The site is still using the default theme. It's actually kind of nice. But I'll make my own EVENTUALLY. I have a design I'm working on, but it's going to be rough trying to get it to work, what with not really knowing PHP and all. I'll catch on.
I'm considering importing all my old posts into this thing. And I mean all of them. Like five years worth of Blogger and LJ and my own sites. But I dunno. I don't exactly like reading that stuff over, so having other people read it over is probably worse. I'm not going to turn on comments on the actual site, just LJ. If I can figure out how to get the original posts to link back to the LJ posts, I'll be happy. I think I've figured most of it out, though.

Also, I ordered a Dell 2007WFP. It's a 20" widescreen LCD. I somehow tricked them into giving me a line of credit, so I don't have to pay it all off at once. I mostly just wanted one, but I kind of need one because my 21" 4:3 CRT seems to be dying. It blinks weirdly every so often. So I'd rather get something to replace it before I have to go without. Especially since it seems you can only order the one I did online.
