My doc has perscribed 3 more weeks of PT, one of which is actually completed as of today. Not that it's changing anything. I don't feel any different now than I did a week ago. Doc perscribed some different pain meds that I can only take at night because they make me sleepy. That won't help at work, I have to switch over to Tylenol during the ( Read more... )

DBF came over and fixed the garage door on his way to work. I was beginning to wonder if I was going to be able to get my car out without help, then he volunteered to come over. Wonderful man!

Also my back is hurting less, a lot less than earlier.

I survived my injection yesterday. It was, as I posted yesterday, not pleasant. I lived through it and have another one to look forward to on Valentine's day of all days. I have had moderate back pain all day to the point that I couldn't do any of the exercises that I am trying to get in the habit of doing daily. I guess I kept the habit going ( Read more... )

The sweater really is almost done.  A date has been made for sleeve fitting on Saturday afternoon.  The picture is not as blue as the sweater because of the yellow walls' reflection I assume.
