Today mum, TK and I went to the Houston Museum of Fine Arts.
It was no Getty, that's for sure, but the Contemporary Asian Art exhibit was simply amazing.
The exhibit was appropriately titled "Red Hot" and there was a lot of great stuff there. (Be sure to click on "images ( Read more... )

I should've put this up a while back, but oh well.
So we went to Fidm last month for our Costumed Figure class to draw movie costumes.
Alas, they didn't allow cameras in there so we took what photos we could to remember the trip by:

Yay, this was planned and it happened yesterday!
We could've used some Josh Josh, but that didn't go as planned.
Omg yay for decent picture taking, aka not blurry!
So this is us at the LA Zoo after some quick art supply shopping.
