Well, at least I had two cat puke-free days.

Took Schmendrick back to the vet yesterday. The appointment was at 2:30, so I came home from work early, and he already seemed perkier (I hadn't given him any methimazole since Tuesday morning), and it looked like he'd eaten a bit. Floaty Naomi's yoga class kind of broke me yesterday. Well, not literally. And it was my fault this time, not what she had us doing (though there were a lot more lunges and intense down-dog this week than last.) I didn't do that much this weekend-- cleaned up the kitchen a few times, painted my bedroom. That's about it. I'm very pleased with the bedroom color, and how it looks with the furniture and bedding and artwork.

Every night when I feed Schmendrick his dinner, he always stops eating at some point and comes over to thank me. No matter how loud and complainy he's been prior to getting fed, he always stops and comes over to me, purring madly and full of head butts. If I'm sitting down he'll jump up on my lap and snuggle. I dreamed last night that my next-door neighbor was moving out, and had decided to give me a lot of his stuff.
