Roller derby practice tonight was fun... and HARD. I've got most of the basics down, so I spent the night trying to perfect my form. It's no use being able to go fast when you look like you're about to lose your balance at any moment--you'll get singled out and targeted even if you're a good skater. after seven months of pretending like I don't actually live in this apartment (half opened boxes, nothing on the walls, etc), I finally broke down and got cable/internet.

I had forgotten how nice it is to surf the internet in my underwear. :)

Election Day has come and gone... I have a very love/hate relationship with primaries-- why bust your ass if only 10-15% of registered voters are going to come out in the first place?
