I get an Amanda in about 11 hours and 45 minutes! Yay!

In other news, it is raaaaaaaining. Kind of a lot. Sounds like a good day to stay inside, though listening to the rain is pretty darned cool in and of itself.

Also, I have spent the last few days doing a lot of reading and not much else. Nice.

I was right. My legs totally hate me today. Walking is okay (albeit rather slow), but going up and down stairs is murder. Also, standing up and sitting down. Owwww.

With the "Owwwww!" thing and the raining thing, I will not be running today. Will hopefully be able do a much much shorter jog/walk tomorrow.

So I went home and stuff yesterday cause I had to go to Marshfield for some tax-and-insurance-stuff, and after that was taken care of, it was only another 15 minutes to go visit parents. Its raining. On top of the several inches of snow we got a few days ago. Supposed to rain most of the day today, and then tonight we're supposed to get more snow and colder temps again. This should be interesting.

Its wet and its rainy and I have a headache. It is a good day to be grumpy.

However, today's APOD image is very pretty and interesting.

Yay! It rained! Still a bit warm, but as I was outside when it started raining, I am now all wet, so I'm actually quite comfortable at the moment. I mean, aside from being wet. It also went from being 88 to being 82 degrees over the last half hour or so, so YAY for small reprieves!

Ooo, its pouring outside. And I have to leave for class soonish.

::ponders taking an umbrella for the jog out to the car, or just letting myself get rained on and being cold and wet the rest of the day, but without the extra baggage to carry around::

Accomplished quite a bit today. Gramma offered to take me into town for the one class I have today (aka, she was being subtle about saying "I'm feeling kinda lonely today, would you mind keeping me company?"), so she picked me up at 10:30-ish and jabbered with me all the way into town ( Read more... )
