Just checked the balance on my checking account. I have about 1500 dollars left to my name, with no further income unless I get a job, and one that pays a lot better than minimum wage if I want to keep living in Point. I am now throughly depressed.

Spent the night on the couch at my parents cause my room hasn't been aired out in months, and it was kinda a toss up between getting little sleep or waking up stuffy headed and sniffly due to the dust. So, once Dustin deposits the rent check I just gave him for next month, I will have all of 100 bucks, give or take a few dollars, in the bank (at least that I can make use of). I do get paid on Thursday, but thanks to a lack of swim lessons taking place during Spring Break, that check will be a whopping 40 bucks *if* I'm lucky ( Read more... )

I am totally running out of money. Once I pay Dustin rent for March, I will be living on Mac and Cheese and whatever leftovers I manage to get my hands on to until the Dells trip. I just found four dollars stuffed into the pocket of one of the jackets I haven't worn since... Well, at least February, possibly longer. I always love finding money I didn't know I had.

Today was actually rather productive. Worked from 12 until 3 at the YMCA, and spent most of that three hours with one of our slide attendants, Sarah, job shadowing me for lifeguarding.
