Why yes, I am going through and tagging old entries. And I am shocked to discover that I do not have a "cheese" tag.

Only in Wisconsin would they develop a soup consisting of our two favorite food groups: Beer and Cheese.

Question: is cheese considered an agricultural product? If I attempted to take some good ol' Wisconsin cheese over to Germany with me, would they take it away at customs? I'm pretty sure my brother was able ot bring a few chunks of cheese home with him after his trip to Holland, but I dunno if he stashed it in his carry on or if he had to buy it ( Read more... )

I find it amusing that, given the opportunity, Wisconsinites really can have a conversation about cheese... ( see for yourself )

Harvartie is a very good snack cheese. Harvartie with dill is even better, but it is very hard to cut. It sticks to the knife and crumbles apart when you try to take it off.

Farmers is also good cheese. And it doesn't crumble when you cut it.

YAY Cheese!
