ICUT training on Saturday went well. Len got his certification. I'm waiting for mine for a month till they do the practical part again. This past weekend, my parents took Ciar to Tampa. This is a tradition for them; every time they have a grandkid graduate from preschool they take the kid on an overnight fun trip. I had stopped doing my Insanity exercise for a few weeks while I was painting. Though the painting isn't done yet, it's at a good pausing point, so last night I picked up the workout again.
