My house...

Stats:

• built in 1936
• situated in downtown Frederick next to the fairgrounds and across from a horse farm
• acquired by us on May 11, this year
• renovations so far: refinished hardwood floors downstairs, painted, started ripping up kitchen linoleum, started painting exterior windows and shutters (blue and yellow)
