I had class tonight and my teacher told me I had a natural talent for drawing and I would be crazy to pursue more survey classes like this one or painting. I'm really enjoying my class at the Kirkland Arts Center: Advanced Beginning Drawing

I started this drawing today as a class project. It's an abstract self-portrait. This took about two hours. I put it up on my easel and hope to finish it. This is only my second attempt with pastels, so keep that in mind. A LOT to learn. :)

I started a pain journal for my hip. I'm having too many flares up in the last six weeks and it's affecting my quality of life. I don't want this.
