Gotta get my butt in gear and get a few things done around the house. The sun is shinning. This is a good sign, hopefully there'll be racing tonight.

Races called again tonight. *sigh* Let's cross our fingers for tomorrow. Of course, they ARE calling for snow tomorrow morning...

Sauble weather

Looks like we're on tonight, which is good. It's time to get the first race of the season under our belts. The weather looks iffy at the moment but the weather network tells us it should clear up in time for this evening. We're at Sauble Speedway tonight. I just hope it's not TOO cold. OK It's three o'clock and they still haven't called the race... they had better not do it at like 5. The husband prolonged leaving as long as he could in the hopes they would call us and say "don't bother, the track's too wet". No such luck ( Read more... )

I think the weather today is a bit of a blessing. I didn't feel up to driving to Flamborough tonight for the Husbands first race. It'll also give him a bit of time to finish getting the 12 ready to go. Tho it's technically ready... it could probably use a bit more TLC ( Read more... )

Ok I can't win. The snow is great and very pretty. I, however, have to go to work in busness cas this week which means skirts... Snow and cold wind... not so nice.
