So today I ran for the first time this season outside (YAY!) and promptly got my ass handed to me. The head wind and a month of laziness (I can't call it anything but)didn't help.

ok, not very exciting except that this was fresh bug spatter and after nothing but frigid temps it's a good sign! Spring is just around the corner! SQUEE!
