Jayelynn started wheezing last night just before bed. It continued through the night, and this morning it was pretty bad. I called Jeff and asked him to come home from work, I made her an appointment as soon as the doctor's office opened. He brought her in for me. Jayelynn was really sick for the end of last week. It sucked. It just came upon her one night (I think Wednesday?) and she woke up feeling very sick. We took her temperature and it was 102, we tried giving her a fever reducer but it made her puke everywhere. She puked again that night, and we couldn't get her to sleep. Jayelynn and Jeff are sitting on the balcony, and Jeff asks Jayelynn what she sees. She looks around and chooses something, and kept falling into a trance over the moon and pointing at it. She also pointed at a car.

I love her.

We decided we wanted a dog. A German Shepherd, to be exact. Jayelynn had liked one we saw at the Berkeley Shelter a couple of weeks ago, but we weren't ready for one just yet. She unlatched, leaned back and looked at my breast, then proceeded to grab at her chest through her jacket as she mumbled to herself. On Sunday the 2nd, it was dinner time and we were driving aimlessly in the car.
