There was a family of four sitting in front of us. The father of the family had classic male-pattern baldness.

"Mehmeh," said Curls loudly enough for everyone to hear, "I can see someone with almost no hair..."

And there was I doing the 'shh shhh shhhh!' thing while trying not to wet myself laughing.

We went to two fairs this weekend; the Therapy Focus Sunny the Sunflower Fair (they do in school therapy for Curls and this was a fun day out for children of all abilities.) and the Sun Fair at UWA, a fair promoting sustainability and solar energy ( Read more... )

*My Friday off was good. 2.5 hours in the hairdressers was fantastic - especially that shampooing and rinsing and treatment and head massage. Hair is less grey and less triangular now. Then shopped for clothes, make-up before having lunch in a cafe while reading a trashy mag. Home for nap before menfolk returned ( Read more... )
