For an unemployed guy who's alone at home all day I sure do seem to lack free time. I suppose the fact that I've worked two contract jobs, gone to a major convention, and done a two week family trip this summer has something to do with it. In '81 my family moved to Houston. That was a big deal. I was already obsessed with space, but being in 'Space City' and visiting NASA made it much worse. I studied and memorized shuttle control panels and the parts of Apollo and Mercury mission rockets. I drew a cricket as it died in an attempt to preserve it.
