It's all done!

We literally spent about 30 hours raking and moving grass piles off the field. Thursday morning the tent and rentals were delivered and we spent the rest of the day trying to get things ready. Barely time really to do much other than run around like chicken and try to stay sane so I can enjoy my family :)

The wedding is this Saturday, and it's surreal that it's finally here!

Venue: The farm of course, 26 acres of wetlands and farm that finally was mowed yesterday (hurrah!)

Needless to say I've been a little wrapped up in wedding planning. Oh yeah, and finishing my Master's degree by the end of summer!! Woot. :-)

Tentative date - August 15th -- it would be wonderful if we could do this date because it was my grandfather's birthday and the day he also died.  He is the one that bought the ring I'm wearing to give to my grandmother on a special anniversary - and I think it would be a neat tribute to him and to the power of legacy within family.
